“Wine is so very popular now and to say the least, chic. Not being very “chick” myself, I seldom fit into the normal box.This is how I feel about food and wine pairings: if the food you love to eat looks good with a certain wine, red or white, it doesn’t matter, it’s a perfect match,” says Bullas. “Besides, crab season was at its peak and all we had in the house was this very good cabernet. So you couple the two and end up with Crabernet.”
