App/s Used to Create Image: Snapseed, Stackables

I was drawn to this foggy scene as I drove past and felt the need to stop and take a few shots. It's not something I'd usually do (most of my mobile photography focuses on my children). It was timely because a few days earlier I'd been chatting to a friend and fellow mobile photography enthusiast about how I really liked this very kind of image but had never captured one like it myself. I used Snapseed to make some basic tweaks/enhancements to the iPhone image and the Stackables app to add a painterly texture. I shared this image on Instagram and dedicated it to two dear friends who I've never met (yet!) but who I have connected with through our joint love of mobile photography (one of them being the person I referred to above).
