Discovery and Lifecycle Species People and Manor Catalogue Mewingham Manor Greenwich Workshop
This beautiful but rather sprawling estate in the English countryside was built by Captain Katt in 1857. He selected the site because it was on a major flyaway for Felinus avianus. Mewingham Manor is a museum to the captain's travels, especially his discovery of the tiny fliers. He devoted the years of his retirement to making Mewingham the perfect habitat for as many types of Flittens as the climate permitted. An arboretum was built to house tropical species.
