____ Make multiple copies of the Bridal Registry Worksheet and put them into a 3-ring binder.

____ Frame and hang Bridal Registry signs in your gallery.

____ Have a stamp made "Ask us about our Bridal Registry." Stamp your receipts.

____ Design a spring gallery window promoting your Bridal Registry.

____ Contact Sallie Norelli, Marketing Communications Specialist at the Greenwich Workshop to coordinate a Press Release for your local media. You can reach Kathleen at (800) 243-4246 x727 or norelli@greenwichworkshop.com You will receive a list of your local media as well as an editorial contact at each outlet.

____ Call each of your local media outlets and request an editorial calendar. Check the
editorial calendar for bridal editorial coverage and or bridal special sections. Let Kathleen know about any special bridal editorial coverage. She will send out a press release (see sample release) customized for your gallery.

____ Check with each of your local media outlets advertising departments. Ask about advertising opportunities on the engagement announcement page and bridal inserts of the local paper. Also ask about any upcoming special advertising inserts promoting bridal themes. Check on cost of advertising in any special bridal inserts. Design and place ad promoting your Bridal Registry.

____ When you have prepared your gallery to announce your Bridal Registry, have Kathleen send a customized press release to your local media. Follow up with a telephone call to the editor offering your gallery for photo opportunities and to answer any questions.

____ Tell each customer about your Bridal Registry and ask them to pass on a recommendation to any couples that they may know planning a wedding. Consider offering an incentive to your customers to promote your Bridal Registry in the form of a referral discount on framing when their referred couple sets up their registry.

____ Introduce your Bridal Registry to your community with a gallery event. Any bride that attends who registers has a chance to win something on their wish list that night.

____ Offer to print and mail out registry announcement cards for your bridal registrant.

____ Offer to gift wrap and include a card on bridal registry orders.

____ Remind customers that Gift Certificates toward a particular bridal registry are also
available.
